La Plaza de Toros será centro comercial
Propietaria, Coliseo Trujillo reconoce que existen juicios para desalojar a los invasores, ubicados detrás del coso.
La invasión de terrenos o adueñarse de los mismos, no solo está presente en las zonas exteriores de Trujillo, también se puede ver en la misma ciudad, tal es el caso que viene afrontando la empresa Coliseo Trujillo, cuya extensión total es de 14,500 metros cuadrados, y se encuentra dividido en tres partes, una donde está ubicada la Ex Plaza de Toros cuya extensión es de 5,117 metros cuadrados y los otros dos terrenos cuyas áreas son de 8,400 y 340m2m respectivamente, en una parte de ellos están los invasores.
Sobre la primera área, se reubicaran temporalmente a los ambulantes por parte de la municipalidad, al lograr un acuerdo con la empresa privada para ceder sus instalaciones; “La Municipalidad nos ha solicitado poder ubicar temporalmente a los ambulantes desalojados de la Av. España en la parte exterior e interior de la Ex Plaza de Toros, para que puedan vender durante la campaña navideña, muchos de los comerciantes ya se han inscrito dado que existe capacidad limitada por seguridad de ellos mismo y de los consumidores”; señalo el asesor legal de Coliseo Trujillo Dr. Feliz Sánchez Añorga.
Se estima que 300 comerciantes podrán ser reubicados en dicha zona desde los primeros días del mes de noviembre y dejaran el espacio el 31 de diciembre; según el acuerdo entre la municipalidad de Trujillo y Coliseo Trujillo.
De otro lado, respecto al terreno donde se ubicaran los ambulantes y después se construirá el centro comercial PlazadeToros, se encuentra completamente saneado, no existiendo juicio alguno sobre el mismo por parte de terceros, “Hemos sido objeto de algunas informaciones vertidas en algunos medios donde señalan que la ex plaza de toros, está en litigio para determinar su propietario, quiero dejar en claro que el terreno del coliseo Trujillo no existe ningún juicio sobre el mismo, siendo el único propietario como consta en registros públicos; cuyo accionista mayoritario es la familia Montalván, es por ello que las instituciones pertinentes vienen aprobando la documentación presentada para la construcción del Centro Comercial Plaza de toros”; manifestó Sánchez Añorga.
Así mismo dejo en claro que si existen juicios con terceras personas que han tratado de apropiarse de partes del segundo y tercer terreno colindante con el coso que sumaria todo el predio, “el segundo terreno es de 8,400 m2, y está ubicado alrededor del coso, actualmente se encuentra judicializado con Gustavo Santa María Padros; con quien ya se cuenta con un arreglo extrajudicial; y con el Sr. Constante Chávez con quien tenemos una Resolución de la Corte Suprema, otro problema es con la familia Vásquez Vargas, quienes han sido guardianes e inquilinos de Coliseo Trujillo S.A., y pretenden apoderarse de un huerto que dejo Don Julio Montalván Garcés en el año 2005 cuyá área de 2,000.00m2, sin embargo son accionistas al comprar 04 acciones a uno de sus hijos” indico Sánchez Añorga.
Finalmente expreso que el Área de Proyectos Inmobiliarios, en coordinación con la Municipalidad Provincial de Trujillo se encuentra desarrollando locales de 6.25 m2 en el tercer nivel, cuyos precios serán accesibles para los ambulantes. Este nivel contara con escaleras y/o rampas eléctricas, lo cual significa que las personas podrán subir y bajar con el menor esfuerzo, tal y como se realiza en los grandes centros comerciales, debiendo preverse mayores estacionamientos.
Si esto es viable se podrá proveer que la totalidad del terreno de 14,500m2 de Coliseo Trujillo ubicado en la Zona del Mayorista, podría solucionar el comercio ambulatorio de la ciudad en los próximos cinco años, revalorizando todos los inmuebles alrededor con el reordenamiento del comercio, transporte y seguridad en la zona.
